Nalo is a Columbus, Ohio, native and a proud HBCU graduate with a Bachelor of Arts from Stillman College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She completed her Esthetic Education at Mason Anthony School of Cosmetology and continued her learning to become certified in Eyelash Extensions, Cosmetic and Skin Care Science, and SculptIce Body Contouring. Driven by a relentless passion for her craft, Nalo's dynamic presence and innate ability to connect with others have been instrumental in fostering lasting relationships and driving business success. Despite her professional achievements, Nalo remains grounded in her core values, with family taking center stage in her life.

Nalo is not just a seasoned professional; she's also a devoted wife and mother of two beautiful children. When she is not working, you can find her being a super-fly soccer mom. Other hobbies include shower singing and being an Orange Theory enthusiast. As a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., Nalo's values of integrity, professionalism, and community engagement are evident in every aspect of her work and home life.

During her advanced practice nursing career, she started a successful medical weight loss program and received certifications from multiple aesthetics companies. She has experience working with paralytics such as Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures.

Mica takes a comprehensive and personalized approach to weight loss, addressing each patient's unique needs and challenges. She understands that successful weight management involves more than diet and exercise, and she works closely with her patients to develop individualized treatment plans that may include dietary counseling, exercise recommendations, behavior modification techniques, and FDA-approved medications.

With empathy and experience, Mica creates a supportive and non-judgmental environment where patients feel empowered to take control of their health. She emphasizes education and ongoing support, guiding her patients every step of the way on their weight loss and aesthetic journey.

Dr. Rebecca Grant is a seasoned medical professional with over 13 years of experience serving the Central Ohio medical community. As a double board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Medical Director at Dermawise Body.

She is a devoted mother of one and embodies the essence of sisterhood as a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. With a passion for mentoring, she dedicates her time to uplifting and guiding others personally and professionally.

Rebecca combines her expertise with a compassionate approach, advocating for holistic health and wellness. Outside her medical practice, she enjoys staying active through workouts and dance fitness.

During her cherished leisure moments, Rebecca delights in the company of friends, engaging in spirited games and indulging in the guilty pleasure of reality TV.
