Cancellation Notice:
24 Hour Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 24-hour notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows the spa time to fill the slot with another client.
Cancellation Fee: If a cancelation occurs within the notice period (e.g., less than 24 hours), you will be charged a cancellation fee which is equivalent to non-refundable deposit amount.
Impact on Future Bookings: Frequent no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future appointments or having booking privileges restricted.
Emergencies: We get it. Emergencies happen. If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance occurs, the refund of the deposit will be left up to our spa's discretion.
Health-Related Cancellations: If you are sick, especially with a contagious illness, we prefer you to reschedule without penalty to protect staff and other clients.
